With our quick boat access to Ocean side turtle grass flats, hundreds of inside sand flats and a huge network of mangrove-lined backwaters; over a week's time you will feel as if you have traveled to no less than a half-dozen destinations! a week’s fishing at Fisherman Lodge will see you targeting a multitude of different species in the same week. With so many species available you need to be rigged and ready with several different setups. We would recommend 8#, 9# and 10# rods. As with all fly fishing for powerful species, reels need to have smooth drags and able to hold suitable amounts of backing depending on the fish species that you are targeting.
